We understand that choosing the right tableware can at times be difficult and that sometimes seeing images in a brochure, website or on social media is no substitute for being able to touch and feel and see how products will look in your own establishments or with your food. We are pleased to offer samples free of charge to businesses as part of the purchase consideration process. We try to make this as easy as possible and whilst browsing products if you are in a region where we offer this service (UK & Germany at this time) you will have the option to add to basket.
Below are a few of the questions we often get about the service, just in case you have any concerns. Please get in touch for any other queries you may have or use the ‘other’ section in the process to add any comments you may have. A member of our team may also be in touch to verify details provided.

Simply add samples to your basket for the items you require and then go to checkout once ready. You can then either login if you already have an account or simply create an account and check out. A member of our team will verify your sample order. They will be in touch if they require any further information. Otherwise they will be in touch to confirm your sample order.
You’ll receive an email or text when your sample order has been dispatched along with tracking information.
We aim to deliver within 5 -7 working days (subject to stock availability and it may take a little longer during busy periods). We will be in touch to ask for feedback on the samples and if we can help further.

Our sample service is for hospitality businesses looking to purchase for business use – for example restaurants, hotels, cafes and pubs.

You can order a maximum of 10 samples online – if you require a large number of samples please get in touch it may be more appropriate that a member of our regional team can help with a telephone consultation, an in person visit or an appointment at one of our showrooms.

Unfortunately you can only request one of each product as a sample to try. If you need more please contact us and we will try to help. Additional samples will have to be verified by the business.

The samples are free of charge.

Due to the cost some larger items are not available to order online as samples. The “add to basket” option will not be available for these items. If you’d like to see these items please contact us . It may be more appropriate that a member of our regional team can help with an in person visit or an appointment at one of our showrooms.

We have a dedicated sample bay where our team pick and pack your samples
Individual items are picked and carefully packaged in recyclable material to reduce breakages. All samples are labelled with the product code for easy identification.
Samples sent are carriage free as we understand the importance of seeing the product in situ to help you make the right purchase decision, demonstrating Churchill’s commitment to the hospitality industry.
Selected lines are not available as samples. Due to the cost of some larger buffet items we are unable to send as samples. If you’d like to see any of these please contact us and it may be more appropriate for a regional team member to visit you or to visit one of our showrooms.

We reserve the right to edit sample requests without consultation
Due to offering a free sample service we only offer 1 x each item. If you require more samples please contact us. All extra sample quantities need to be verified by the business.
Where we see high volume sample requests, repetition of similar lines and duplication we may reduce the products on the sample list to reduce the cost to the business.
We reserve the right to refuse a sample request at our sole discretion.
