  • Where can I buy Churchill products?

    Churchill products are sold to the hospitality industry via our network of distributor partners. If you don’t have a distributor partner or would like us to request a quote from a distributor please contact us.

  • Where do I find prices for your products?

    Please contact your chosen distributor who will be able to provide you with prices. 

  • Is it possible to purchase directly from you?

    We only sell our products via our distributor partners so it isn’t possible to purchase directly from us.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    Yes we showrooms at our head office in Stoke on Trent, London, Madrid and Berlin. Please visit our showrooms page for further information.

  • What are the opening hours for your showrooms?

    Our showrooms are open by appointment only Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm. 

    Please make an enquiry on our showrooms page to request a booking.

  • Who can visit your showroom?

    Our showroom is open to the hospitality industry and our distributor partners.

  • Do you offer samples?​

    Yes we provide samples for the hospitality industry. Please visit our Sample FAQs for more information.

  • Are replacement teapot lids available to purchase separately?​

    Yes they are, please visit our teapots and coffee pots page for the full range. 

  • What are your recommended care instructions?​

    These can be found on each individual product page under the Care in Use tab.

  • Do you have any job vacancies?

    Please visit our careers page for current vacancies we have. 

  • I’m looking to purchase for home, is this possible?​

    Yes we have a selection of our bestselling ranges including Stonecast, Raku and Homespun available to purchase for home in smaller quantities. Please order via our website below (available in UK mainland only)

  • Can you provide me with valuations for selling or insurance purposes?​

    We are unable to value items. We suggest a search for second hand pieces online or taking them along to an antiques Centre.

  • Can you help with identification of a pattern?​

    If you can’t see the pattern on our website it has most likely been discontinued. The below websites are useful for identifying old patterns.
