Edge Chip Warranty

A worldwide warranty available on selected Dudson Evo items.

The edge chip warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of the original invoiced order. All items covered by the edge chip are detailed within the Churchill brochure or online at www.churchill1795.com.

To be eligible for the Dudson 2 year Edge Chip warranty the form below must be returned within 60 days from the date of the original invoiced order. Terms and Conditions apply.

1. Edge Chip Warranty Period of Cover:
This edge chip warranty applies for 5 or 2 years from the date of the original invoiced order. The warranty is available to the original customer at the location specified on the warranty registration form and will cover the range(s) and item(s) supplied as part of the original order and subsequent replenishment orders as recognised under the terms of this warranty.

2. Warranty Applications:
A. This warranty covers edge chipping only (not breakages) on Alchemy and Churchill Super Vitrified round and oval plates and bowls, round cups and saucers (excluding all Alchemy Ambience and additional items which can be specified upon request) as well as selected UK manufactured  Dudson Evo Origins, Harvest and Terrazzo

Also available on selected Dudson Evo items.

A list of all products currently covered by this warranty is available upon request. Churchill will replace any round and oval plates and bowls, round cups and saucers that edge chips during the first five or two years from the date of the original invoiced order “in normal food service use,” which includes refrigeration, serving, washing and storage. The warranty does not extend to other types of breakage and the validity of the warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Churchill.
B. This warranty applies to relevant products purchased and identified as part of the original invoiced order and subsequent replenishment orders recognised under the terms of the warranty and issued during the warranty period. Replenishment orders will be subject to the terms of the original agreement only warranted for the period of cover remaining.

3. Registration:
This warranty is only applicable if the customer completes the warranty registration form within 60 days from the date of the original invoiced order. If this registration is not completed, any claims under this warranty will be considered invalid. Once a warranty is registered the customer will receive an email to keep on file.

4. How to make a claim:
Any claim pieces must be retained by the customer and returned to Churchill for inspection. Information about the claim must be supplied and the venue where the damage occurred should be made available for inspection by Churchill or its representative. Claims are only valid when made by the original customer at the location stated in the original registration. Contact Churchill customer services on +44 (0)1782 577566 or your local Churchill sales manager to make a claim under this warranty. If in the opinion of Churchill this claim is valid, Churchill will forward a replacement within 4-6 weeks. Churchill will pay the associated carriage/shipping charges.

Edge Chip Warranty only applies to businesses working in hospitality & food service sector – Edge chip warranty does not extend to domestic use or products sold in retail sector.

• Contact the distributor you purchased your Churchill product from as soon as you notice an issue
• The distributor will contact us to report the issues with your items
• The products must be retained by the customer and returned to Churchill for inspection
• A conclusion will be reached. If in the opinion of Churchill the claim is valid, Churchill will forward a replacement within 4-6 weeks.
