Whilst ensuring that products are designed and manufactured to the exacting standards required by the hospitality industry; Churchill ensures that, wherever a product is manufactured, the ethical conditions are monitored and continuously improved.

In addition to our world class manufacturing facility in the UK we have a supply chain which reaches across the globe.

Every supplier that we choose to work with must have a rigorous, and continuous, programme to improve the working conditions for their employees.

OUR ETHICAL PROGRAMME SEEKS TO:

  • Encourage a step by step improvement programme
  • Provide best practice advice from Churchill on how to improve
  • Monitor suppliers with constructive auditing from recognised bodies
  • Minimise audit fatigue by sharing data across the supplier's customer base

Our approach is to encourage rather than punish suppliers who are at the start of their Ethical process. Materials to help with this are available from the Churchill sourcing team.
