Pay Gap is 0%<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The proportion of Males who received a bonus 81.4%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The proportion of Females who received a bonus 83.6%<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1st quartile &#8211; Males 71.9%, Females 28.1%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2nd quartile &#8211; Males 58.7%, Females 41.3%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3rd quartile &#8211; Males 66.2%, Females 33.8%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4th quartile &#8211; Males 60.9%, Females
